By using the Website or placing an order, the customer (“You”) accepts these Terms without reservation.

3. Product Information

All jewelry pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations in shape, texture or color may occur.
We make every effort to present product descriptions and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy due to screen variations.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete contact and payment information.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is considered accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of payment issues, product unavailability, or misuse of the Website.

5. Availability

All products offered on the Website are subject to availability.
Because our jewelry is handcrafted, production times may vary.
In rare cases where an item is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer:

  • a replacement,

  • store credit, or

  • a full refund.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are added during checkout.

7. Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (with the option of paying in up to 3 installments)

  • IRIS Online Payments

  • Bank Transfer (our IBAN details appear on the order confirmation page and email)

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.

8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via ACS Courier.

8.2 Domestic Shipping (Greece)

Shipping within Greece is free of charge.

8.3 Shipping to Cyprus & International Destinations

Shipping fees for Cyprus and all other countries vary based on the destination.
The exact cost appears during checkout before payment.

8.4 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.
Delays caused by customs, strikes, weather conditions or carrier issues are not our responsibility.

8.5 Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the products transfers to you once payment is completed.
Risk (loss or damage during transport) transfers at the moment the product is handed to the courier.

9. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of jewelry items may be restricted unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Customized or personalized creations are not eligible for returns.

A full, detailed Returns Policy can be provided upon request or added as a dedicated page.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by third-party courier services,

  • incorrect information provided by the customer,

  • damages resulting from misuse of the product.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

All content on the Website—including jewelry designs, photos, logos, text, and layout—belongs exclusively to Y•Grec Handcrafted Jewelry.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy.
Information is used only for order fulfillment, communication, and customer service.

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government restrictions.

14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products shall be submitted to the competent courts of Greece.
